The Position:

Lori is seeking a highly motivated and hands on person to lead our Transport Operations and play a crucial role in taking Lori’s customer experience and cargo delivery operations to the next level. You will work closely with our transporters and transport account managers to improve on time arrival for trucks on Lori’s platform as well as proactively solve daily challenges. Whenever there is a challenge, you are there to solve it.


  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements in our cargo delivery process

  • Leverage on tech and process to ensure Lori can continue to scale rapidly

  • Proactively spot and solve transport challenges that occur with trucks on journey

  • Work with transporters and our transport account managers to improve delivery performance and on time arrival

  • Solve problems in the field

  • Build a network with partners to ensure rapid problem solving

  • Find new and innovative solutions to  enhance customer experience


  • 5-10 years in the transport sector

  • Proactive problem solving

  • Good project management and planning skills

  • A rock star executor, when problems occur, you are able to solve it in real time

  • An outstanding relationship builder leveraging on solving problems and improving process performance

  • An excellent communicator

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in clearing and customs processes

  • University degree in relevant field
