Lori is seeking a hands-on Sales Associate with deep knowledge of the Kenyan market who can successfully execute – from prospecting to deal closing. The Associate will leverage their networks and Lori networks to drive new client acquisitions, manage existing client relationships and analyse expansion opportunities – all inside an exciting, dynamic and fast growing start-up environment. Crucial to this role is attention to detail and persistence.

What you will do:

  • Fully own & manage client relationships
  • Develop sales pipeline
  • Convert prospective clients
  • Execute sales strategy w/ direction from execs
  • Push through the finish line
  • Use creativity to push through roadblocks

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas

  • Gather feedback to improve product & platform

What you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years in a Sales role at top firm

  • High level of extroversion

  • Local industry relationships

  • Comfort with technology

  • Excellent English & Swahili communication

  • Bachelors or higher from leading university

Preferred Experience

  • Experience at a tech company

  • Experience in logistics
