Lori is seeking a hands-on, attentive Financial Comptroller with strong problem solving intuition and can get in the weeds and manage the daily finance, accounting and invoicing needs of a dynamic and fast growing start-up environment. This will require structuring processes and work to ensure scale is achievable.

What you will do:

  • Manage Lori’s finances
  • Analyse accounts and amounts owed

  • Reconcile accounts

  • Ensure relevant accounting standards are met

  • Ensure compliance with tax & government agencies

  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing

  • Manage working capital

  • Manage payroll

What you bring to the table:

  • Record of delivering results at a top firm
  • 4+ years in Finance/Accounting
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong understanding of technology systems (apps, smart phones, Excel, etc.)
  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong organizational capacity
