Lori is seeking a hyper organized and attentive Executive Assistant who will be supporting the executive team at Lori Systems. They will ensure the executive team is able to maximize their time efficiency through taking lead at external correspondence, organizing meetings, managing travel arrangements, as well as creating and maintaining reports / spreadsheets.

 

ADMINISTRATION MANAGER - KAMPALA UGANDA

Lori is seeking an experienced Administration Manager, report directly to the MD of Uganda, who is obsessed with details, enjoys multi-tasking and working through challenging situations where solutions are not readily available. The Manager will be assisting the MD in the effective expansion of Lori in Uganda.  You will be a jack of all trades, willing to get involved in any aspect of the business to ensure all support activities are carried out effectively thus enabling efficient functioning of all other company operations.

 

CHIEF OF STAFF

Lori is seeking a Chief of Staff who will support the execution of the CEO’s vision. You will drive strategic initiatives and organization across a rapidly growing start up. You will also consolidate and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision making.  As Chief of Staff, you will have deep exposure to many aspects of the business and will need to be able work cross-functionally. The role requires a broad skill-set and a flexibility to work intelligently on ad-hoc projects. Speed and communication is vital.  Crucial to this role is an ability to deal with ambiguity, and transition between in-the-weeds execution and systems/structure building. The person must have persistence and a commitment to the goals of building the logistics infrastructure system of the future.

HEAD OF TRANSPORT SALES

Lori is seeking a hands-on Head of Transport Sales with knowledge of the Kenyan transport industry. The successful candidate will manage the Transport Acquisition and Account Management team, while focusing on a few important acquisitions and key client relationships- this involves solving day-to-day issues as well as growing the business – all inside an exciting, dynamic and fast-growing start-up environment.

TRANSPORT ACCOUNT MANAGER

Lori is seeking a hands-on Transport Account Manager with deep knowledge of the Kenyan transport industry who can successfully manage existing supplier relationships, solving day-to-day issues as well as growing the accounts – all inside an exciting, dynamic and fast growing start-up environment.
